Debt Equity Partnerships

To qualify for this program, the project must meet ALL of the following requirements:

• Strong Principal Bio(s) / Resume(s)
• Professional Business Plan & Solid ROI
• Personal and/or Corporate Financials
• Bank Statement in the name of the business entity showing a balance of at least 10% of the requested loan amount.

Notes:

• We fund projects as minor equity lender.
• This program is non-recourse to the principal.
• USD$10 million minimum / USD$500 million max.
• Our equity position range is 15% to 30% (depending on the project).
• Entity must have at least 10% in cash reserves on-hand (based upon the amount of the loan requested).
• Interest rate range is 6% to 8% per annum fixed.
• Loan terms are generally set at a 10-year term, interest-only payable in arrears with principal due at maturity of the loan.
• We review completed applications and project details within 3-5 business days.
• We do not fund start ups or do angel funds. Absolutely no REO.

All project types will be considered. At this time, we are aggressively seeking medical, green and movie projects.
